I had a great phone call with the manager of another hypnotist today. The hypnotist goes by the name “Spidey”. His manager Kevin is a great guy. We got to work together in Moncton last June when Spidey did his magic show as my opening act.
Part of our conversation was about how many hypnotists there are these days.
When I got into the business a famous hypnotist Reveen was retiring, and there was not anyone else in Eastern Canada doing it.
I counted on the phone today and came up with 13 hypnotists that work Eastern Canada. I’m the only full time one, and most of the others are hobbiests that do it to make a few extra bucks around their day jobs.
But it’s still amazing to see how many people have gotten into the game, and rewarding to know how many of them did it as a result of seeing my show!
