We have a great event held in Nova Scotia at Ski Martock in July. Called Mud Hero.
So much fun!!! It’s a 6Km run, up and down the ski hill, with 16 obstacles, many of them muddy.
My time was 50:34. I consider this good, and I improved on last years time by 8 minutes. Hopefully break the 50 minute mark next year!
